Been awhile since I've posted on here, so thought I'd put together a quick post.
Things were going really well with being healthier and all that jazz, but unfortunately I fell off the wagon, and although it wasn't quite a steep fall and I have not been ridiculously unhealthy, I have not had a focus on it at all.
I've been very busy with work and I'm very happy with the progress I'm making there, but I really do need to be particuarly conscious of things outside of work, as well as those within. No point in getting work done if I end up dead in a week.
With that being said, I am going to pick up where I left off on the VR exercise and go back to doing an hour a day. That's the first step, so let's see how it goes.
